Pigeon Forge isn’t just pancakes and go karts (though I fully support both on your wedding weekend). Tucked up in the hills above the Parkway are some of the prettiest places to get married in the Smokies. Whether you’re dreaming of a mountaintop patio, a big resort ballroom, or a tiny farm chapel, these are the Pigeon Forge wedding venues I’d put on your tour list.

1. The Magnolia Venue
I’ve photographed weddings at The Magnolia Venue, and those views never get old. It sits up on the mountain about 10 minutes off the Parkway, and the ceremony patio looks straight out over layered ridges. There’s an indoor reception space if the weather turns and a bright bridal suite for getting ready.
Favorite photo spot: the balcony and the rocky overlook at golden hour. See it in this fall Magnolia wedding and a sage green Magnolia wedding.

2. Dollywood’s HeartSong Lodge and Resort
Planning a big party? HeartSong Lodge and Resort has the largest ballroom around, with room for up to 700 reception guests. The Meadow Lawn fits 150 for a ceremony, and the resort holds indoor space as a backup for lawn events. Room blocks keep your guests close, and DreamMore Resort is right nearby too.
3. Honeysuckle Hills
Honeysuckle Hills is a private family farm made for elopements and small weddings of up to 50 guests. You can choose from seven ceremony sites, including a creekside pavilion, a meadow, a willow tree, and a chapel inside a 1950s barn. Bonus: there are horses!
4. Mountain Mist Farms
At Mountain Mist Farms, you’ll say I do on a deck with big mountain views. It holds up to 120 guests and offers elopement packages if you’re keeping it small.

5. Parkside Resort
Parkside Resort pairs a lawn ceremony beside a waterfall (up to 80 guests) with a pavilion, a banquet room as your indoor backup, and plenty of cabins for your crew. It’s a great pick if you want the whole weekend in one spot.
6. Bluff Mountain Inn
Just a short drive away in Sevierville, Bluff Mountain Inn offers all inclusive packages with a hillside garden ceremony or an indoor country chapel. It holds around 150 guests, and lodging (including a honeymoon suite) is right on site.

More Venues Just Down the Road
Pigeon Forge sits right between Sevierville and Gatlinburg, so you have tons of options within a short drive. The Trillium, The River Place, and 4 Points Farm are all in Sevierville, and you’ll find them in my Smoky Mountain wedding venues guide.
Tips for Touring Pigeon Forge Wedding Venues
- Plan around Parkway traffic. It gets packed on weekends and holidays, so schedule tours on weekdays and book a shuttle for the wedding day.
- Ask about the rain plan. Mountain weather changes fast, so find out exactly where your ceremony moves if it rains.
- Book lodging early. Cabins and room blocks go quickly in fall and around holidays.
- Save time for a scenic stop. Foothills Parkway is a quick drive away and makes a gorgeous spot for sunset portraits.
