This downtown Asheville couples shoot was to die for. Its always a nice change of pace from shooting in the mountains when I get to shoot in the city. Instead of babbling about how much I loved this session, I will let Abby explain her love for Spencer.

“One of my girlfriends from college, Liv, had three best guy friends growing up – Spencer, Travis, and Jesse. She recently got married to Travis and Jesse and Spencer were groomsmen and I was a bridesmaid. Jesse is dating Liv’s cousin Megan (also a bridesmaid) so the six of us spent a lot of time together. I was really sick after the wedding and thought Spencer had only thought of me as a friend and he kindly stayed back at the hotel to take care of me. We ended up spending the entire day together the next day until I had to go home. It turns out I was actually really sick and ended up being hospitalized when I got back from the wedding (which was in Massachusetts where he lives and I’m in Virginia!) and he talked to me every day while I was sick. When I got a little better, I drove 10 hours each way just to spend a few days with him – and that wasn’t nearly enough so he flew back down to see me the next weekend (after only ever flying one other time in his entire life!!). We’ve been together ever since!” – Abby’s love story in her own words
