“It all started in December of 2017 when Aubry messaged Jaclyn on a dating app…and then it took two days for Jaclyn to respond AND she spelled Aubry’s name wrong even though it was right in front of her. They quickly began talking and set a first date for a week later at Brakeman’s Coffee (where they would later hold their engagement party).
The night finally came, and it was pouring down rain. If you know anything about Aubry, you know that she hates driving in the rain, especially at night. Jaclyn instantly liked Aubry because she arrived to the date as her normal self in leggings and a jacket, instead of someone who is trying to be someone they’re not. Aubry immediately felt comfortable because Jaclyn hugged her as soon as she walked in.
Their following dates included a flat tire at a poetry slam, tripping several times up and down Crowder’s Mountain, and an injured foot. It’s been a wild ride, but Jaclyn and Aubry wouldn’t have it any other way.” -Aubry
I wanted to start this post off with words directly from the couple for several reasons. Firstly, I know you are probably sick of hearing me say how awesome every session is that I have, even though it’s true for me. But secondly, I can’t tell their story like they can! Our session at Seven Islands State Birding Park was a quiet and rainy one. We passed maybe 5 people and it was wonderful.
Hearing many gun shots in the distance, we stumbled upon at least 50 deer on the hill at Seven Islands State Birding Park. They were so calm and beautiful!
Aubry and Jaclyn’s love is so authentic and you can see it shine bright!
